The Dosso Dossi Hotels & Spa Downtown in Istanbul provided a great stay for my family with 1.5-year-old twins. The hotel was nicely furnished with all bathroom accessories available, a wide and tasty breakfast selection, and helpful staff. The location was ideal for sightseeing, and the restaurant's food quality was exceptional. The relaxation facilities like the spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath enhanced our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks such as the Church of the Monastery of Christ Pantokrator and Hagia Sophia Museum added to our family bonding experience.

the terrace room was perfect, offering all necessary facilities. located conveniently near metro, tram, and local buses, the hotel provided a comfortable experience. the staff, particularly Mr Murat Binici, were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delightful, and the service from all staff members, including Mrs Laleh, was superb. Aksaray and Taksim are within close reach, making it an ideal choice for my next trip.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfy beds and a clean bathroom, although gluten-free bread should be offered at breakfast; the staff was super friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The location was great for sightseeing and the gym and pool were a nice bonus. Cleaning the rooms a bit earlier would be the only small improvement needed. 🌟

The fitness center was well-equipped with cutting-edge technology, making it easy for me to conduct efficient workouts. I also made time to pamper myself at the DOSSO DOSSI SPA & GYM, enjoying a relaxing Turkish bath and sauna, as well as treating myself to a rejuvenating Thai massage. The facilities were top-notch and made my stay even more enjoyable.

We loved location and staff, the hotel had essentials we needed. The bonus was comfortable room decor and good bar. The venue itself was in a great area, very close to Grand Bazaar Handicraft market and the centre and the transport network.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a variety of treatments and a tranquil atmosphere. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all meticulously kept and provided a relaxing escape from the city. the massage we received was one of the best we've ever had. the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, catering to both western and eastern tastes.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the staff's level of English proficiency, which occasionally resulted in miscommunications. they were always quick to apologize and make necessary corrections.

Despite the busy street, there was no noise to be heard. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the guest relations assistant to the cleaner. the room service was prompt and the food was delicious. the location was central and convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. Dosso Dossi truly felt like a home away from home.
